EMMANS FAMILY RETURNS:
Meadowview & Cherry Acres NFG will be having a pot luck on May 6th at 6:00 p.m. at the Booth's residence. We will be welcoming the Emmans back from South America. Please bring a main dish & salad or dessert. Plan to have a great evening of fellowship.HALF-TIME BARBECUE: Come join us May 14th at 5:30 p.m. for our last barbecue for half-time ministries... our closing ceremonies for AWANA will follow. Purchase tickets ahead of time for $2.00 in the foyer after church or in the office during the week. Only tickets will accepted on the night of the barbecue.
TEENS: Did you know that the Information & Resource table has Christian fiction, non-fiction and videos geared toward you to check out? Please stop by today!
NOTICE: YOUNG-AT-HEART SENIORS – Our May luncheon and fellowship will be at the home of Jerry & Reona Kirkpatrick, 644 Meadow Gate, Meadow Vista. This will be on Wednesday, May 14th. A barbecue will be supplied by Jerry & Reona, so please bring salads and/or desserts only. Lunch will be at 12:00 noon. You may go on your own or carpool from the church at 11:00 a.m. Bring a friend who needs some fellowship. Please RSVP so we can let Jerry know how many to plan for. Call Jerry or Pat Patenaude. Also let us know if you wish to carpool.
LOST AND FOUND BIBLES: If you have lost a Bible here at church
and are looking for it, check the bookcase in the church foyer. Lost Bibles are placed here for your convenience in locating.WOMEN'S TEA: Saturday, May 10th, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We will be "Celebrating Jesus From One Generation to Another" and discovering those effective things done in our lives to encourage spiritual development in our families. Bring your favorite tea cup (with any special story about the cup). Sign up to bring finger sandwiches, a fruit tray, a tray of desserts, or just to let us know you will be coming.
