Proverbs 10:1-5

STUDY THE TEXT

I. The believer in Jesus - should he attain wealth -
does so with integrity. (v2)

II. The believer in Jesus find ultimate fulfillment in Christ. (v3)

III. The believer in Jesus has a "for the glory of God" work ethic. (v4)

IV. The believer in Jesus is financially
opportunistic and seasonally strategic. (v5)

APPLY THE TEXT

I. Put a monthly budget on paper.

II. Begin (or maintain) a savings plan that results in
a balance that equals your monthly expenses times three.

III. Begin a second savings plan for a fuel-efficient vehicle .

IV. Make a commitment to have no credit card debt
and seek out a Christian friend to encourage
you through this process.
